Pilates classes at The Physio Lab are designed for all levels and led by qualified Chartered Physiotherapist Caoimhe Everard, who holds a Pilates qualification from APPI. Our classes focus on improving strength, enhancing flexibility, and preventing injuries, running every Tuesday & Thursday evening. We also offer personalised one-on-one rehab sessions tailored to individuals recovering from injury or requiring specific rehabilitation support.
Caoimhe also holds an advanced certificate in pre- and post-natal Pilates, offering customised sessions to help new and expecting mothers maintain strength, mobility, and overall well-being throughout their journey. Pilates is an incredibly effective practice for creating lasting, positive changes in your body. Our classes emphasise low-impact, high-repetition movements designed to lengthen, tone, and target key areas for a deep and effective workout.
