Caoimhe is a dedicated Physiotherapist with a BSc from University College Dublin and a Certified Pilates and Reformer instructor. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Sports Science at University College Cork and is a proud member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists, as well as CORU-registered.

With a special focus on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement, Caoimhe is committed to improving the quality of life for her clients. She integrates Pilates into her Physiotherapy practice, creating tailored rehabilitation programs designed to reduce Chronic Pain, enhance movement, and restore function. Pilates is a powerful tool for improving core strength, posture, and flexibility, which plays a key role in reducing pain, particularly in the back and joints.

Caoimhe’s approach not only focuses on alleviating pain but also on empowering clients to take an active role in their recovery. By designing personalised Pilates-based programs, she helps patients develop sustainable strategies for managing and reducing Chronic Pain while improving overall physical well-being. Her training in Focal and Radial Shockwave therapy and Spinal Decompression further enhances her ability to address complex pain issues.

Having worked extensively with sports teams and individual clients, Caoimhe understands the challenges of staying injury-free and reaching optimal performance.

As an avid runner, she is deeply passionate about helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goals, whether that’s recovering from injury, improving performance, or simply living a pain-free, active life.

Caoimhe’s holistic approach to Physiotherapy, with a focus on Pilates for rehabilitation, is designed to improve quality of life, reduce Chronic Pain, and help clients maintain an active, healthy lifestyle.
