Laura is a highly skilled Chartered Physiotherapist and certified Yoga teacher with specialized training in Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Kids Yoga.

With a Master’s and PhD in Anatomy, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to The Physio Lab  combining the science of anatomy with the art of yoga to provide a truly unique and transformative experience.

As a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists and CORU registered, Laura offers a holistic and scientifically informed approach to both her yoga classes and rehabilitation programs. Laura’s deep understanding of anatomy allows her to create personalized core strengthening and rehabilitation programmes that specifically target Chronic pain and movement dysfunctions. Her programs are carefully designed to correct dysfunctional movement patterns, relieve pain, and restore optimal movement function, ensuring lasting recovery and improved quality of life for her patients.
